6 med Yellow Squash
1/2 lb Bacon
1 med Onion, chopped
3/4 c Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs
1 c grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Paprika

Directions:
Wash squash and cook whole in boiling salted water for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender but firm. Drain and cool slightly. Remove stems and discard. Cut each squash in half lengthwise; remove and reserve pulp leaving a firm shell. Cook bacon until crisp: drain well.

Reserve 2 tbsp bacon drippings in skillet. Saute onion in bacon drippings until tender. Crumble bacon and add to breadcrumbs, squash pulp and onions.

Place squash shells in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Spoon mixture into shells and top with cheese. Place under broiler for 5 minutes or bake at 350º for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with paprika.
