3 T. butter
2 c. brussel sprouts (1/2 lb.) cleaned, trimmed and cut in half
1 leek cut into 1/2 inch slices
2 lg. carrots in 1/2 inch slices
1 T. water
1/4 t. caraway seeds
1/4 t. salt Pepper to taste
Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in lg. skillet.
Saute sprouts 3 min. Stir in leek and carrots. Saute 2 min.
Add water, cover and steam 5 min or until veg. tender
(add extra water if necessary)
Sprinkle with caraway seeds , S&P.

Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top
