Ingredients:  
1 cup butter
3/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Roll dough into a long roll about the size of a 50 cent piece. Cool in fridge until very firm. Cut into 1/4" slices and dip in sugar. Bake at 350º to a light golden brown.
