2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium white onion, finely chopped
1 can (4 ounces) mild, fire roasted, chopped green chilies, drained
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
2 cans (15.8 ounces) Great Northern Beans
1 can (14.5 ounces) Chicken Broth
2 cups finely chopped grilled chicken breast (I use a cilantro-lime marinated chicken breasts package that you can find in the grocery stores)
Shredded Pepper Jack cheese
Cilantro
Sour cream

Directions:
1. Grill one package of Cilantro/Lime Marinated Chicken breasts an finely chop when finished (Kroger's)
2. Put flour in a cup and add a small amount of Chicken Broth and make a smooth, lump free, paste.
3. In a large pot, cook onion in olive oil until transparent (about 5 minutes).
4. Add flour paste, chilies, cumin, and Oregano while constantly stirring.
5. Stir in Chicken broth until mixture is smooth, then add beans and bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until thickened.
7. Serve over pepper jack cheese, and garnish with fresh Cilantro.
Optional, add a couple shakes of hot sauce or add sour cream
