1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. quick cooking oats, uncooked
1 12 oz. package Butterscotch morsels

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda. Set aside. In large bowl combine butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla until creamy. Gradually mix in dry ingredients. Sit in oats and butterscotch chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Bake 7-8 minutes at 375º for chewy cookies, 9-10 minutes for crispier cookies.
