1 lb. ground meat
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/4 c. ketchup or chili sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 med. sliced potatoes
1 med. sliced onion
Ketchup or small can tomato sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except potatoes and onions and shape into an oblong ball. Put into a foil lined pan that can be foiled back over the top.
Place potatoes and onions over the top of meat loaf. Bring foil over the top and seal. Bake at 375º for 1 hour.
After 1 hour open foil check to see if potatoes are done, if not close and cook for up to 30 more minutes.
When potatoes are done open foil and push vegetables down to the sides. If you like a topping, drizzle ketchup over the top of the meatloaf. Place back in oven to brown sauce and potatoes.
