6 c unpeeled red potatoes, quartered
1 jalapeno, chopped
2 T oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
½ c cilantro, chopped
2 T lime juice
1 tsp grated lime peel
Directions:
Directions:
Toss potatoes, jalapeno, oil, cumin, paprika & salt. Place in centre of a large piece of foil and wrap making a packet. On BBQ click on medium heat turning after 15 minutes. Cook till tender about 35 minutes. When cooked toss with cilantro, lime juice and lime peel
