Mix until Smooth:
3 Tbsp. corn starch
3 Tbsp. cold water
Stir in:
1 c. boiling water
Add:
squirt of liquid detergent (makes paint easier to clean off things)
Cool by adding:
vegetable dye or tempera paint
Let cool.

Shelving paper, shiny side up, makes good fingerpaint paper.
Dress child in large long T-Shirt.
