1/2 cup olive oil mayonnaise (can use regular or low fat mayo, if desired)
2 TB chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 tsp chopped fresh dill (can use more if desired)
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp minced fresh garlic
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients and let sit for at least 30 minutes. Serve sauce with tuna patties, salmon patties, or any other type of fish. Great with Cod!
