1/3 cup orange marmalade
3 green onions, chopped finely
1/4 cup white wine (can substitute chicken broth)
1 TB olive oil
1 TB cider vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp soy sauce

**CAN DOUBLE ALL INGREDIENTS IF NEEDED.

Directions:
1) Simmer all ingredients on low heat till all ingredients are combined well. 2) Let cool before using as a marinade.
3) Place meat in a large Ziploc bag and pour marinade over the meat to combine. Let sit at least and hour, or up to 6 hours. Flip bag over periodically to make sure all meat pieces get marinated.
4) Bake or grill meat as desired.
