Shoot, skin and clean 2-4 ducks.
bread cubes
raisins
apples
baked potatoes
butter
salt and pepper
squash
tomatoes
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Make your favorite stuffing for the number of ducks you have. Be sure to add the raisins and apples to your stuffing mix.
Stuff and roast the ducks until done, about an hour at 350 degrees.
Bake the potatoes and squash while baking the duck.
Serve with plenty of butter, salt and pepper for the potatoes and squash.
Slice the tomatoes, sprinkle with a little sugar and serve as a salad.
