25 Large Marshmallows
2/3 cup milk
1 tsp. gelatin
3 tbsp. Creme De Menthe
3 tbsp. Creme De Cacao
1 cup cream, whipped
18 Hydrox cookies, crushed
1/3 cup butter
Directions:
Directions:
Combine crushed cookies and butter and press into an 8x13 pan.

Melt marshmallows and milk together in a double boiler. Add gelatin and let cool.
Stir in liqueurs and whipped cream. Pour over crust and refrigerate.

Top with extra crushed cookies if desired.

Lorraine Welch would make this every year at Christmas time. I don't believe Hydrox is made anymore but Oreo cookies (or similar) substitute just fine.
