8 oz. puffcorn
1/2 pound butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Put puffcorn in a large roaster. In a 2 quart sauce pan, cook together brown sugar and corn syrup for 2 minutes. Add baking soda (mixture will foam). Pour mixture over puffcorn and stir until mixed. Place in a 250 degree oven for 45 minutes. Stir at least every 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven. Pour on wax paper and break apart.
