Boneless chicken breasts
Beaten eggs
Italian bread crumbs
Stick of butter
2 Tablespoons cooking oil
1 cup chicken bouillon
Fresh mushrooms--optional
Muenster cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs.
Soak boneless chicken breasts in beaten eggs overnight.
Roll in Italian bread crumbs.
Saute in 1 stick butter and 2 Tablespoons cooking oil
Place in shallow baking dish.
Drizzle 1 cup chicken bouillon over top of chicken breasts. Pour remainder in bottom of baking dish.
Use same frying pan put slice mushrooms in the drippings and saute.
Put mushrooms on chicken breasts.
Cover with shredded muenster cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

A favorite and a "go to" recipe. Depending on who is coming I sometimes omit cheese on some breasts or mushrooms on other breasts trying to please everyone.
