1/2 pint sour cream
1 pkg of Frozen Cheese Blintzes (6)
1/2 stick of margarine or butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 TBL Orange Juice
1 TBL sugar
dash of Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a glass 9 x 13 pan, place butter and melt in oven. While butter is melting in a bowl beat eggs, sour cream, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon & OJ. Place frozen blintzes close together in a single layer in pan. Pour mixture over blintzes to cover and bake for 45 minutes.

Recipe can be doubled. You can also use mini blintzes. Instead of putting cinnamon in the sauce you can also sprinkle on top.
