1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 cups onions, chopped
2 cups celery, chopped
8 cups cooked and crumbled cornbread
1 tsp salt
2T sage
1/2 tsp pepper
2 eggs, beaten
can golden mushroom soup
can cream chicken soup
2-3 cups chicken broth
3 cups diced cooked chicken

Directions:

turn crockpot to high, add butter onions and celery, cook 30 minutes

add cornbread, salt, sage, pepper, eggs, soups, chicken and 2 cups of broth; stir to combine

cook 1 hour on high, reduce to low cook 3-4 hrs or until dressing has set, add more broth if needed
