3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cups pumpkin
1 cup cooking oil
2/3 cup cold water
2 to 3 cups golden raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients.
Beat eggs until thick. Add dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients except raisins. But until blended. Fold in raisins if you are using them.
Turn into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours.

I have made this into mini loaves and given them as gifts or froze them and just pulled one out of the freezer when company arrives.
