1 cup whipping cream
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups cake flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder

Topping:
1 (8 oz.) carton whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
Sliced Bananas dipped in lemon juice

Cake:
2 (* inch) round cake pans lined with greased wax paper. Whip cream until firm--stiff peaks. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat until light and fluffy. Add sugar. Beat again. Add vanilla. Sift flour with salt and baking powder. Fold in. Pour batter into pans. Bake in preheated oven at 370' for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove immediately from pan; cool on racks.

Topping:
Whip 1 carton whipping cream . Gradually add 1/4 cup sugar. Lay bananas on cake. Add whipped cream. Refrigerate.
