1 prepared cornbread mix
1 lb. ground meat
8 med. squash
1 stick butter
1 beef bouillon cube
2 beaten eggs
2 med. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cornbread mix as directed on package in a large bowl. Peel, seed and cube squash and place in a pot covered with water. Add bouillon cube. In a skillet fry beef and drain off grease and add onions and sauté until onions are tender. Drain squash pour into cornbread. Add remaining blend well. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown and done in the center.
