6 slices Italian bread - cubed
1 1/2 lbs. sausage - browned and drained
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. (can use Swiss or mozzarella )
8 eggs - beaten
2 cups milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place cubed bread in greased 9 x 13 pan
2. Sprinkle evenly with sausage & cheese
3. Mix eggs & milk, add salt & pepper and pour over above
4. Bake at 350º uncovered for 50-60 minutes or set.

Can make ahead & refrigerate overnight. If so, remove 15 mins. before baking
Also, can add green onions for color, if desired
