2-1/2 pounds of flour
7 eggs
2 cups of sugar
2 package of dry yeast (Fleischmann's active dry yeast, original)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 lemon zest
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup warm milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together (either kneed by hand or in heavy duty mixer); let stand in a warm place to rise, about 4 to 5 hours.

Shape into balls.

For the small shaped balls...spray and dust cookie sheet. Place small balls onto cookie sheet.

For large shaped balls....spray and dust cookie sheet and place into pie sheet

Bake at 350º, 45 minutes for large sized, 30 minutes for small
