Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I made up this mixture many years ago when I was to lazy to make doughball stew and to lazy to peel potatoes, etc. A friend of mine who I met in Maine told me about her goulash recipe making it with tomato soup and then I thought for the potatoes the cream of potato soup would be good. I tried it and we loved it. I have passed the recipe on to many of the family. How it got the name of slum galen is because that is what Woody called it.
