1 lb thin veal cutlets - pound with mallet
Butter
Seasoned Flour
1 heaping tsp flour
1 clove garlic (minced)
3 cherry peppers (green) Sliced
1/2 beef stock
1 beef bullion
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge veal cutlets in seasoned flour. In a large frying pan melt 1/2 stick of butter. Lightly brown cutlets on both sides in butter, remove from pan.
Add another couple pats of butter to pan with garlic, sliced peppers, 1/2 cup or so of beef stock, tsp of flour and bullion. Cook mixture for a few minutes to thicken, put cutlets back in pan and simmer together for approx. 5 minutes. If sauce gets too thick add more beef broth.
