3/4 to 1lb Shrimp
1/4 cup flour for dredging
2 tbsp Paul Prudhomme seafood magic
2 pats of butter
4 Chorizos (sliced)
2 splashes of White Wine
2 boil bags of white rice
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse shrimp
Mix flour and seafood magic seasoning, then dredge shrimp in flour.
Over medium heat cook chorizos to extract oil. When oil of chorizo is out remove the chorizo and put 2 pats of butter in pan. When almost melted put shrimp in, brown both sides. Near the end put the chorizos back in pan and splash in the wine. Cook for approx. 1 minute to combine flavors.

Serve over rice.
