29 oz. can of sliced peaches in heavy syrup, drained, save syrup
6 oz. pkg. peach jello



Dressing:
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. orange juice
4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the peach gelatin as directed, but use 1 cup of the reserved peach syrup in place of the water. Add the peaches and pour mixture into a greased mold; chill well. Dressing: In a small bowl, mix the sour cream, orange juice, sugar and orange rind; chill. Serve the unmolded jello with dressing on the side.

This is a simple, but delicious recipe. The dressing is so good that you will want to make it without the jello mold and just use it as a topping on fresh fruit. For a healthier option, substitute the sour cream with yogurt.
