Whipped cream from scratch/with sugar - whipped
Flaked coconut
Unsalted crackers - Saltines®/ some salted also - crushed
4 Packages uncooked cranberries – cook with a lot of sugar

Cook cranberries a little longer than package says.- cool

Whip the whipping cream

Layer: sprinkle a few crushed crackers in dish, layer cranberries, crackers, whipped cream, coconut. Layer until all ingredients until all are used, starting with cranberries.
