1 lb. Velveeta® cheese
1 lb. butter
4 lb. powdered sugar
5 c. pecans, chopped
1 tbsp. vanilla
1¾ c. cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheese and butter. Add cocoa and vanilla; stir.
Gradually add in powdered sugar and mix well.
The mixture becomes thick so some arm power is required.
Add pecans; stir. Spread into pans sprayed with nonstick baking spray.
Refrigerate several hours. Cut and enjoy.

This recipe may not sound so good, but trust me it is absolutely delicious. This makes a large amount of fudge, but you can cut the recipe in half.
