2-3 lbs Boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups Minute Rice
1 Package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 Can Cream of Chicken soup
1 Can Cream of Celery soup
1 Can chicken broth (or water if broth not available)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix together the minute rice, soups & broth (or water) in a medium sized bow.
Add mixture to a buttered or sprayed 9/13 baking dish.
Lay raw chicken breasts on top of rice mixture and sprinkle the onion soup mix over the top.
Bake for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through and rice is done.
