2 lb ground beef, or ground turkey
1 can Campbell's Chicken Gumbo Soup (or similar)
1 can Original Manwich Sandwich Sauce
1/4 cup yellow mustard

Brown and drain the meat
Add Manwich, soup, and mustard (use less to your taste if you wish)
Simmer
Serve on good buns

This recipe comes from Fred's side of the family. The soup mellows the tangy Manwich sauce, and the mustard gives it a "zip".
It makes a big batch, so I freeze the completed mixture in serving size portions.
