1 lb. hot sausage
1lb. ground round
1 lb. Velvetta cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
pepper to taste

English muffins or
small bagels

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain meat. Stir in cheese until melted. Add other ingredients. Spread on 8 English muffins, cut each half into 4 triangles. Freeze on trays and place in freezer bags. Take out what you need and heat in oven until hot and bubbling. Can use small bagels also.
