Notes: Note: For a short cut method, use two 12 oz. packages of Trader Joe's fully cooked Traditional Carnitas. Cut it into cubes (don't cut away the fat) and proceed to step one. I love to make a double batch of this for the Christmas holidays when the Cruz gang gets together at our house. You can make a milder version, and serve chopped green chile on the side. I like to serve it with cornbread and cole slaw.
