1 ½ t garlic powder
1 ½ t onion powder
1 t rubbed sage
1 t paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Place turkey breast or Whole fryer chicken with skin in shallow baking pan, coat the entire outside with nonstick spray You can tuck onions and celery under the breast cavity of the turkey or inside the chicken for flavor your call. Combine all ingredients and then rub all over entire bird front and back covering in it’s entirely – Cook breast side up until correct temp.

I put a little water to cover the bottom of the pan, the seasoning and grease from the poultry will mix and it makes a great sauce to pour over the pulled meat
