1t vegetable oil
1t minced garlic
1/3 c dark brown sugar
2T water
¼ cup Hoisin sauce
2T chili paste (NOT SAUCE)
1t minced cilantro
¼ t soy sauce
2 ½ T rice vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Make glaze by sautéing garlic for 1 minute in 1 teaspoon of oil over med/low heat in a small sauce pan. Add all the remaining ingredients, except rice vinegar, and simmer for 5 min, or until thick, Add rice vinegar and then remove the sauce from heat Cover until needed or refrigerate and warm in microwave to make spreadable when needed. Good on all sorts of food.

takes less than 10 min and you can refrigerate use as needed, You can control heat of sauce by the chili paste.
