3/4 - 1 pounds fresh tuna steaks, cubed
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup slivered sweet onion (like Maui or Vidalia)
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon Mongolian Fire Oil (sesame oil with chili)
a smidge of hot chili paste (I use Sambal Oelek)

Directions:

In a medium size non-reactive bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
