1-2 lbs. diced beef steaks (1/2 inch cubes, no bigger)
1 Lg Can reduced fat Cr. Mushroom Soup
1 Can +1 box Beef Broth
1 onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 bay leaves
1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 bags frozen soup vegetables

Directions:
In a large dutch oven sweat the onions in the heated olive oil until transparent. Add garlic, stir for 30 seconds, add beef and brown. Use the can of beef broth to de-glaze the pan. Pour in the cr. of mushroom soup. Stir well to mix, add remainder of the beef broth. Add bay leaves, thyme, turmeric Worcestershireİ Sauce. Bring to a boil, add vegetables, bring to a second boil. Lower heat and simmer 20 minutes.
