Ingredients: 1 package of moist white cake mix 3 large eggs 1 and 1/3 cup water 2 tbsp. vegetable oil Frosting
1 package 8 oz cream cheese 1 stick butter (margarine) 2 ½ cups of sifted confectioner sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 large cool whip

Directions:Prepare
Place rack in center of oven Preheat to 350 degrees Grease cake pan with solid shortening and dust lightly
Mix
1 package of moist white cake mix 3 large eggs 1 and 1/3 cup water 2 tablespoons vegetable oil Mix well with mixer on high speed, pour in cake pan
Bake for 25 minutes @350 degrees
Frosting
1 package 8 oz cream cheese 1 stick butter (margarine) 2 ½ cups of sifted confectioner sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place cream cheese and butter (room temp) in mixing bowl blend on low speed until well incorporated, add vanilla, increase mixer speed and add sugar a little at a time until well mixed.
Pour frosting on hot cake so that it will melt and saturate cake, add cool whip on top and spread whole pack of baker’s coconut.
