Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Filling:
48 oz cottage cheese
12 oz cream cheese (plain)
12 oz cream cheese (chive) -- I usually add my own fresh
12 T Romano cheese
2 cloves garlic
8 T milk
8 tsp angostura bitters
salt and pepper

2 pkg wide lasagna noodles
2 - 3 quarts your favorite spaghetti sauce
2 large balls mozzarella, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all filling ingredients in a large bowl. Cook noodles and spread out on paper towels. Spread filling over noodles and roll up. Put some sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Put rolls in dish, close together. Top with more sauce and mozzarella.

Bake at 350F for about 45 minutes.

You can use the 'layered' method just as easily, but it's easier to serve with the noodles rolled up. Also, this recipe makes A LOT! I usually buy the aluminum 9" square cake pans and prepare the lasagna in a couple of those. Prepare the lasagna as you would before you popped it into the oven and freeze it (covered with foil). It takes a couple of days to thaw in the 'frig though.
