Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. sesame seeds
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1/4 soy sauce NOT KIKOMAN I use Yamasa or Aloha
3 green onion chopped
2-3 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup shredded FRESH ginger. Put the piece in the freezer till hard and
then grate into cup. Save the rest in the freezer.
2 tbsp. white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
This will make enough for about 3 lbs. beef short ribs

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
From Donna: I usually have to double the recipe for lots of ribs. Marinate overnight turning the meat for two nights.

From Beth: There's no such thing as too much ginger. We've used this on ribs, tri-tip steak and chicken and it's always fabulous. Two nights is best, but when we just can't wait, 4 hours is okay, too.
