2 lbs. frozen corn
2 1-lb. cans small diced tomatoes
1 c. chopped unpeeled cucumber
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green bell pepper
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients in large kettle and bring to a hard boil.
Remove from heat and ladle at once into hot sterilized jars. Seal.
Yield: 5 pints
