6 lemons
1 cup sugar
6 cups water
mint sprigs

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub the lemons with soapy water and rinse. Cut lemons in half, put them in a 2 quart heat resistant pitcher. Add sugar, boil water, pour water over lemons. Stirring to desolve the sugar 30 to 40 minutes. Squeeze the juice out of lemons into the pitcher. Discard lemons.
Refrigerate until use.
