1 Medium apple, cut in half, cored and thinly sliced
1 Medium orange, cut in half and thinly sliced
1/2 (16 OZ) package strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced
Fresh Mint (10 leaves) thinly sliced
1 bottle Pinot Grigio wine,chilled
1 can 5.5 oz apricot nectar
1 bottle ginger ale ( 1 liter)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pitcher, combine fruit, mint,wine and nectar.Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Stir in fruit mixture. Return to the fridge. Add the ginger ale just before serving
