Wash cucumbers – any size and pack in clean jars. Add Garlic cloves (2-3 small per quart) and a handful of fresh Dill per quart. Add 4 Chili Petines or Tepinos.
bring to a boil: 1 part vinegar and 3 parts water. Pour over the cucumbers in jar and seal. You can pressure cook 5 minutes or just seal and let stand

Grandma made these for the family for years then one day my Uncle Gayel took a jar to work. Within days Grandma had orders for dozens of "gallon" jars of pickles. Back in the early 1960's, she sold them for $5.00 a gallon. I can't tell you how many hundreds of gallons she made, but it was a lot. Fortunately, she always had time to keep the family supplied as well.
