1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
4 tbsp. cider vinegar
2-3 tsp. light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground white pepper (optional)
1 large head broccoli, trimmed
5-6 oz. Irish Dubliner cheese, crumbled (or gorgonzola)
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/3 cup toasted sunflower seeds (or pine nuts)
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, brown sugar and pepper.
2. Peel stem of broccoli; finally chop florets and stem, and combine with remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise mixture and toss well.
3. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
Serves: 6 to 8

I got this recipe out of People magazine and it is so good! I made it with gorgonzola and pine nuts and it was very good.
