-1lb. top round beef (cubed)
-1 cup burgundy wine
-1 can beef bouillon
-3 tablespoons flour
-3 sprinkles thyme
-1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
-1 onion (sliced)
-1/2 stick of butter
-Salt and pepper
-1 package egg noodles

-Cut meat into cubes
-Brown meat in butter
-Add flour, salt, and pepper to meat
-Put in baking dish and add remaining ingredients
-Mix well
-Bake at 350ºF uncovered for 1 hour
-Serve with noodles
