2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes - thawed
1 can cream chicken soup
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for paprika
2. Put in 11"x13" pan
3. Sprinkle top with paprika
4. Bake @325F for 1 hour
5. This can be made ahead of time & frozen

This recipe came from Judy Ewing. It is great when preparing ahead for a party or big get together. Matthew your Mom has made this quite often. You can freeze and then bake when needed.
