1/2 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs

Filling:
brown sugar
cinnamon
chopped walnuts

Batter:
1. Cream butter & sugar
2. Add sour cream & eggs
3. Add dry ingredients & vanilla
4. Layer half the batter in a greased bundt pan
5. Add half of the filling
6. Add remaining batter
7. Add remaining filling
8. Bake @ 350F for 40 minutes

Filling:
1. Mix ingredients together to make about 3/4-1 c.

This recipe came from Judy Ewing. I make this for Christmas morning and it can be made ahead of time and frozen. It is a favourite of Matthew's.
