6 slices bacon
1/4 c chopped onions
4 medium tomatoes
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1 to 2 c corn bread crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon crisp; reserve some of bacon drippings. Crumble bacon and set aside. Sautee onions in bacon drippings. Wash tomatoes and slice off stem end. Spoon out tomato pulp; cook pulp over low heat with onions until tender. Add crumbled bacon, eggs, bread crumbs, salt and pepper, Fill hollow tomatoes with stuffing. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until top brown.
