3/4 c. icing sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/8 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
1. Soften butter with beater
2. Add other ingredients & mix well
3. Roll batter into small balls
4. Flatten each ball with a fork on un-greased cooking sheet
5. Bake @ 300F for 16 minutes

This recipe came from Great Grandma Burgess. It is good to use when you feel like short breads but do not want to make a big batch.
