6 tbsp. butter
1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs

Filling:
1-4 serving vanilla instant pudding
4 c. butter pecan ice cream
2/3 c. milk
1 c. whipping cream

Topping:
2 Skor Chocolate bars finely crushed

Crust:
1. Melt butter in saucepan
2. Stir in graham cracker crumbs
3. Press on bottom of 10" spring form pan
4. Chill

Filling:
1. Beat pudding & milk in a large bowl until smooth
2. Fold in softened ice cream
3. Beat whipping cream until stiff. Fold into pudding mixture
4. Pour over crust

Topping:
1. Sprinkle crushed Skor bits on top & freeze
2. Remove from freezer ~15 minutes before serving

I have served this at Christmas many times. It is a recipe from Company's Coming and is Brian's favourite ice cream cake.
