4 c. currants
2 c. suet
2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
4 c. raisins
1 c. flour
1 3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
1, Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (except milk)
2. Add milk
3. Sprinkle flour ~ 1/2 c. on a cloth (triple thickness)
4. Add other ingredients to the cloth & tie
5. Add to water & bring to a boil
6. Lower temperature to simmer & cook for 3 hours
7. Hang cloth to drip overnight. Freeze or refrigerate
8. To warm up pudding remove the cloth
